Job summary

L&R Distributors, Inc. seeks a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across the Richmond, VA area and nearby states.

You'll ensure displays are stocked, organized, and aligned with planograms, and support store resets using a tablet and scanner. This part-time to full-time role offers up to 25 hours weekly, mileage reimbursement, and benefits for eligible employees, with potential to transition to full-time after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with resets and planograms is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using a tablet and scanner.
• Service store routes and coordinate with the District Manager.
• Follow the store visit process, complete task forms, and take photos.
• Implement planograms and reset cosmetics displays per instructions.
• Ensure resets meet L&R standards and timelines.
• Assist with shelving/fixture adjustments and store merchandising.
