Job summary

L&R Distributors, Inc. is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across the West, Central, and East Coast. The role involves stocking, organizing, and displaying products and supporting store resets with planograms and fixtures.

This position offers up to 25 hours weekly with potential to transition to full-time after meeting thresholds. You will work with tablets and scanners (Repsly) to place orders, monitor stock, and ensure displays meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience required.
• Experience with resets and planograms is a plus.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and use ladders safely.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using a tablet and scanner.
• Service store routes and coordinate with the District Manager.
• Execute planograms to reset cosmetics displays.
• Install shelves and fixtures per planograms.
• Process returns per guidelines.
• Capture photos and complete task forms for each visit.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, invoicing, and returns.
• Communicate professionally with store staff.
