Von Maur, Inc. is seeking a Cosmetic Counter Manager to lead a busy cosmetics counter, inspire a team of beauty advisors, and drive personal and counter-level sales. You will manage daily operations, train staff, and uphold exceptional service standards at America’s Leading Department Store.

You will motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service, build client relationships, and execute events to boost sales and create memorable shopping experiences for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in cosmetics or luxury retail management.
• Ability to coach and develop a team of beauty advisors.
• Strong customer service mindset and sales drive.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service and lead by example.
• Develop relationships to grow the cosmetic counter business.
• Execute all duties of a cosmetics sales associate and meet sales targets.
• Assess performance to improve service quality, increase sales, and meet counter goals.
• Plan and execute cosmetic events and gift-with-purchase campaigns.
