You will motivate, coach, and develop staff, build relationships to grow the counter business, and ensure achievement of sales targets through effective team leadership and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service and train, coach, and lead by example.

• Execute duties of a cosmetics sales role and meet sales/goals.
• Assess performance to improve service quality and sales.
• Plan and execute cosmetic events and gift-with-purchase initiatives.
• Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
