Job summary

Von Maur, Inc. is seeking a Cosmetic Counter Manager to lead our cosmetic line operations and inspire a team of beauty advisors to hit personal and counter goals.

You will motivate associates, develop relationships with customers to grow the counter business, and ensure high standards of service and sales performance across shifts. You’ll also plan events and promote gifts with purchase while rotating days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a cosmetics sales team.
• Ability to coach and mentor beauty advisors.
• Proven track record meeting counter goals.
• Strong relationship-building to grow counter business.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service, train and coach.
• Develop relationships to grow counter business.
• Execute all duties of a cosmetics sales associate and meet individual sales goals.
• Assess performance to improve service quality and sales.
• Plan and execute cosmetic events and gifts with purchase.
• Be available for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
