Von Maur, Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking a Cosmetic Counter Manager to lead the cosmetics counter operations and inspire a team of beauty advisors to reach personal and counter goals.

You will motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service, train and coach, grow the counter business, plan events, and maintain Von Maur’s reputation for legendary service. You will also assess performance and be available for day, evening, and weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a cosmetics counter team.
• Ability to train and coach beauty advisors.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example.
• Develop relationships to grow your counter business.
• Execute all duties of a cosmetics sales associate and meet individual sales and account goals.
• Assess associate performance to improve service quality, increase sales and meet counter goals.
• Plan and execute successful cosmetic events and gift with purchase events.
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
