Von Maur in Hickory Point, IL is seeking a Cosmetic Counter Manager to oversee the complete operations of a cosmetics line and to inspire a team of beauty advisors to reach their personal and counter goals.

You will motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service, develop relationships to grow the counter business, and manage events and promotions including gift-with-purchase activities. The role includes a base wage with commission and overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a cosmetics counter or beauty team.
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.

The expected base wage for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr with commission* and overtime eligibility. Successful candidates' wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
