Job summary

Von Maur is seeking a Cosmetic Counter Manager to lead the cosmetics team, drive counter sales, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will train, coach, and motivate beauty advisors to reach personal and counter goals while upholding our brand standards.

Responsibilities include growing the counter business, planning events, managing rotations, and partnering with store leadership to deliver a premier customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a cosmetics counter or beauty team.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong customer-service orientation and relationship-building.
