Job summary

Von Maur in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Cosmetic Counter Manager to lead our cosmetics team and drive counter results. You will oversee operations of a cosmetic line and inspire beauty advisors to reach personal and counter goals.

You’ll train, coach, and motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service, develop relationships to grow the counter business, and plan events to boost sales. This role requires flexible day/evening/weekend hours and offers a strong benefits package.

The expected base wage for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr with commission* and overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
