Job summary

New York City's Largest Dermatology Practice is seeking a Cosmetic Concierge to be the primary contact for cosmetic patients, delivering a high-touch, personalized experience from inquiry through treatment follow-up.

The role combines exceptional customer service, relationship management, scheduling coordination, and cosmetic service knowledge to ensure patients feel informed, valued, and supported throughout their journey.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Comfortable discussing cosmetic services with patients.
• Experience in dermatology or cosmetic services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated concierge for cosmetic patients, creating a warm, personalized patient experience.
• Respond to cosmetic inquiries via phone, email, text, and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Educate patients on available cosmetic services, providers, treatment options, preparation, and expectations.
• Coordinate consultations, treatments, follow-up appointments, and other patient services.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing cosmetic patients to encourage continuity of care.
• Follow up with prospective patients who have expressed interest in cosmetic services.
• Assist patients with treatment scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, and appointment questions.
• Coordinate closely with providers, medical assistants, front-desk teams, and leadership to ensure a seamless journey.
• Maintain accurate patient and appointment information within the practice management/EHR system.
• Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and report trends to leadership.
• Support cosmetic promotions, events, campaigns, and patient outreach initiatives.
• Maintain a strong understanding of cosmetic services, providers, products, and patient experience standards.
• Handle sensitive patient interactions with professionalism, discretion, empathy, and confidentiality.
• Assist with patient retention and service follow-up with a relationship-focused approach.
