Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking a COS Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and delivering essential projects related to our product and services. This position will be the point of contact for high priority projects, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will manage project risks, oversee resources, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree and knowledge of building envelope systems are preferred, with occasional overtime and travel up to 20% of the year.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of building envelope products and systems, such as waterproofing, air barriers, insulation, green roofs, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sponsor with the definition of project scope.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate and manage project resources, including staff and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, performance, quality, and risks.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
• Resolve issues or challenges during the project.
• Evaluate project outcomes and provide feedback.

Job description

The COS Project Manager is responsible for the oversight of planning, executing and delivery of essential projects related to our product and services. The position is responsible for being the point of contact for high priority projects with the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will possess the ability to manage risk, issues, ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction. Standard work hours Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm with occasional overtime and weekends required. Travel requirements up to 20% of the year.
