Hood Container Corporation is growing our sales team to support corrugated business & we’re looking for a collaborative anSales Manager to support our corrugated converting facility in Grand Rapids (Michigan). To be successful, the Sales Manager will need strong leadership skills with industry knowledge & local relations/contacts to support the growth of the business & their team!

As a Sales Manager you will be the key liaison between your sales force and the business to optimize corrugated sales. You will partner with the Director of Sales & General Manager to align on local sales strategy. You will lead a team of Account Executives’ by connecting everyone to how they support the local strategy through monthly, quarterly, & annual goals, help remove barriers for internal & external customers, and provide creative solutions to help each manage & grow their sales portfolio.
