Job summary

Pivotal Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Corrugated Packaging Sales Representative to drive new business across the Midwest, covering the La Porte, IN and Tecumseh, MI areas. You will hunt, visit customers, and tailor corrugated solutions to client needs.

Build a strong pipeline, manage accounts, and grow margins by meeting volume targets in a family-run manufacturing environment. Strong CRM use is expected.

Qualifications

• Hunter mindset with drive to win new business.
• B2B sales experience with track record of hitting targets.
• Corrugated/packaging knowledge is a plus; willing to learn.
• Self-motivated to run a territory autonomously.
• Consultative selling approach and relationship-building skills.
• Familiar with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce.
• Attitude and results matter more than degree or years.

Responsibilities

A Midwest Corrugated Packaging manufacturer are looking for a talented, new business development driven sales individual to be searching for new business in the Midwest around the La Porte, IN facility or the Tecumseh, MI facility.

What you'll be doing:

• Hunting and winning new business across your Midwest territory through prospecting, cold outreach and networking
