This hybrid role involves managing and coaching the team remotely, traveling to meet with them in the field, and occasionally coming into the office to collaborate and shape strategy. This is a player-coach position focused on driving revenue growth, improving margins, and expanding market presence in the corrugated packaging industry. While you won't carry your own accounts, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting reps during key meetings and guiding strategic sales efforts.

Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr
