Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Sales Representative in Milwaukee, WI to develop and maintain relationships with customers, grow revenue, and pursue new business opportunities across the territory. The role involves travel, presenting customized packaging solutions, negotiating pricing, and collaborating with internal teams for effective delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Grow revenue within assigned accounts through consultative selling and solution-based sales strategies
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the territory
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized packaging solutions
• Conduct customer meetings, facility visits, and presentations
• Develop territory growth plans and manage sales pipelines effectively
• Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements to drive profitable growth
• Represent the organization professionally within the market and industry
• Corrugated packaging preferred, related paper packaging, or other packaging industry experience
• Proven ability to build relationships and grow customer accounts
• Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales goals
• Ability to travel throughout the territory and regularly meet with customers
• Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and develop within a dynamic organization
