Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a skilled Pipeline and Terminal Operations professional to apply corrosion knowledge for repair, installation, troubleshooting and predictive maintenance across gas and liquid facilities and pipelines. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance and collaboration with technicians to ensure reliable operations. You will participate in audits and safety programs and manage documentation and reporting as part of a robust corrosion control program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Relevant corrosion and pipeline maintenance experience per job level.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide design, installation, operation, inspection and maintenance of cathodic protection systems within an assigned pipeline segment or plant facilities.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA and SOPs.
• Investigate corrosive conditions and verify coating, pipe anomalies, and remaining strength.
• Conduct pipe-to-soil potential surveys, readings, and current flows for cathodic protection.
• Generate and maintain reports on rectifiers, bonds, isolation and corrosion control.
• Read and interpret pipeline maps, as-builts and PLDs; ensure safety equipment use and compliance with SOPs.
