Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess strong interpersonal and counseling skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of offender populations and substance abuse treatment concepts.
• CADC certification or progression requirements within two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments using required tools and develop service plans.
• Deliver daily treatment and education groups on therapeutic communities and related topics.
• Support clients in forming self-help groups (AA/NA) and maintain confidential records.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality laws and documentation standards.
• Attend staff training and contribute to quality assurance processes.
