Job summary

The position requires high school diploma and CADC licensure (or plan to obtain within two years), plus strong organizational and communication skills for daily group sessions and documentation.

Qualifications

• CADC certification required or in progress within two years of employment.
• Must obtain CADC licensure within two years and complete required supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a correctional setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients using required tools and develop service plans with goals.
• Provide daily treatment and education groups on TC concepts, relapse prevention, and stages of change.
• Maintain confidential client records and assist with data entry and documentation.
