Travis County seeks a Records Supervisor to coordinate inmate records across Intake, CAFA, housing, and release. You will supervise staff, ensure compliant records handling, and act as liaison with the court system and sheriff’s office.

You will improve data quality, manage retention schedules, and support reporting for program planning while maintaining professional standards and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Records Management or related field and four years of professional records management experience.
• At least one year of supervisory or management experience.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Experience with court records and legal documentation.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, plan, and direct staff in the Records unit.
• Coordinate organization, storage, and retrieval of jail records.
• Serve as liaison between court system and Records Department.
• Process records requests and prepare reports.
• Assist in budget development and vendor management.
