Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must respect and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to use independent judgment to accomplish tasks and solve problems.
• Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, the public and criminal justice agencies.
• Demonstrate ability to write (including grammar and spelling accuracy) and speak clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrate ability to analyze and solve problems under highly stressful or adverse situations.
• Demonstrate ability to learn and utilize computer-based applications in the performance of job duties.
• Demonstrate mathematical skills to compute complex sentence structure calculations.
• Ability to work with speed and efficiency shifting attention between tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Centralization of Reentry Facility intakes and releases: conduct audits, prepare release documents, establish agency jurisdiction, validate data, and prioritize cases.
• Maintain electronic and physical records: update databases, ensure accuracy of OnBase and central files, scan and index documents, respond to requests.
• Process fingerprints for supervised individuals, staff, and volunteers; monitor infractions hearings.
• Provide effective communication and timely processing of requests; answer inquiries and advise leadership on new laws.
• Participate in onboarding training, continued learning, and staff support.
• Other duties as required.
