The position is full-time, in-office, Monday–Friday 2:30pm–11:00pm, with interaction across courts, agencies, and the public to ensure accurate records and compliance.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of clerical work experience.
• Two (2) years of the General Experience in a statewide complex clerical processing environment.
• College training substitutions: 15 semester hours = 1/2 year, up to 2 years.
• Preferred: experience handling sensitive data in privacy compliant settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highly confidential inmate/offender identification and records with accuracy.
• Coordinate with courts and law enforcement on sentence information.
• Compute parole and discharge sentences and adjustments.
• Oversee notices for release, furloughs, and transfers.
• Edit and compile criminal records with FBI and state agencies.
• Assign and review unit work for accuracy and thoroughness.
• Support statistical data collection and reporting.
