Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Corrections Licensed Practical Nurse to provide general and emergency nursing care in the Medical and Ambulatory sections of a corrections facility, while upholding security standards. Responsibilities

• Provide general and emergency nursing care in the Medical and Ambulatory sections of the Corrections Facility, while maintaining security standards.
• Coordinate care and document appropriately in the patient records.
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure timely and accurate treatment.

Job description

The Corrections Licensed Practical Nurse works in close and immediate contact with adults and children in custody on a daily basis providing general and emergency nursing care in the Medical and Ambulatory section of the Corrections Facility while maintaining facility security standards.
