Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Corrections Licensed Practical Nurse to provide general and emergency nursing care in our facility's Medical and Ambulatory sections, serving adults and children in custody while upholding security standards.

This contract part-time (travel) role requires a current state Practical Nursing License, CPR if applicable, and compliance with federal/state regulations. Prior corrections experience preferred, with at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Possesses a current Practical Nursing License in the applicable state.
• Minimum of one year experience in Corrections preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
