Job summary

Staff Today Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a night shift in Raleigh, NC. You will provide direct patient care under supervision, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document in the EMR.

The role supports admissions, discharges, and patient education in a correctional health setting. Qualified candidates hold an active NC LPN license with at least 1 year of recent experience. Benefits include travel stipends for qualified candidates and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Current, valid NC LPN license in good standing.
• 1+ year of recent LPN experience preferred (last 3 years).
• Ability to pass PSV and provide required certifications (BLS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vitals and report changes promptly.
• Document care in EMR accurately.
• Educate patients and families on health plans.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers; maintain safe environment.
