Staff Today Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant II in Raleigh, NC to deliver compassionate patient care in a correctional setting.

You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and monitoring vital signs as part of a dedicated healthcare team. Requirements include a current NC CNA license, at least 1 year of CNA experience in correctional facilities, and compliance documentation (PSV, BLS, immunizations).

Qualifications

• Current, valid NC license/certification as a CNA in good standing.
• Experience in correctional healthcare is preferred.
• Copy of PSV (Primary Source Verification) and required certifications kept up to date.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Aid with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Measure and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
• Support patients with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Maintain patient comfort, safety, dignity, and privacy at all times.
