Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of Security Supervisors, Corrections Officers and Inmates in an institutional setting.
• Supervise and monitor staff on assigned shift to ensure a safe, secure, and productive environment.
• Lead and counsel staff; coordinate work schedules and duty rosters for the assigned shift.
• Contribute to administration of performance management and conduct inspections to maintain security and order.
