Elior North America is seeking a Cook Supervisor for the Summit Corrections team in Hailey, ID. You will oversee kitchen staff at Blaine County Detention Center, ensuring high-quality meals and strict adherence to food safety standards.

The role emphasizes training, supervision, and maintaining fast-paced service levels. Ideal candidates bring at least one year of scratch-cooking experience in a high-volume setting, strong leadership, and a dedication to customer service.

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks.
• Ability to provide friendly and helpful customer service and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising a team.

Responsabilidades
