Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Corrections Oversight Worker to supervise inmates in meal preparation, train staff, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards. You will coordinate work, manage production logs, and supervise food service to meet quality targets in a correctional facility.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, are able to motivate teams, and can work independently while adhering to strict safety regulations and security clearances.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• One year of food prep or related work preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience interacting with inmates is a plus.
• Ability to motivate and supervise inmates and/or team members.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and maintain production guidelines by reviewing production and temperature logs.
• Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Ensure timely, efficient meal service and compliance with Aramark guidelines.
• Train staff and inmates in procedures and recipes.
• Direct inmates in recipe use and cooking procedures.
• Ensure proper portions and dietary accommodations.
• Maintain security policies and secure storage areas.
