Summit, a brand of Elior North America, is seeking an experienced cook for an onsite role in Davison County, SD. You will join a fast-paced kitchen team to prepare high-quality meals for a correctional facility, emphasizing scratch cooking and portion control.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a quality, high-volume setting with scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer service experience is required.
