Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Cook for an on-site position inside a jail/correctional facility. The role involves preparing hot and cold items, following menus, and adhering to food safety standards. Overnight schedule 1am–9:30am, with training and opportunities for career growth.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of cooking experience, are 18+, and can lift up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of cooking experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds; cafeteria or large-volume production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up workstation per shift per prep list.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers and mixers safely.
• Store, label and rotate all products per state laws.
• Report to Food Service Director; work onsite in jail/correctional facility.
• Assist with opening/closing checklists and timely meal prep.
