Job summary
The Wisconsin Department of Corrections is seeking an experienced Correctional Enterprise Senior to manage shop production, ordering, shipping, quality control and documentation. You will also supervise staff, train Persons in our Care on maintenance of production equipment, and review parts and equipment purchases with supervision.

- Experience in production/manufacturing settings.
- Maintenance/troubleshooting of production equipment.
- Proficient with ERP/MRP software and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in training or supervising others.
Responsibilities
- Oversee shop production and inventory management.
- Order shop supplies and manage shipping/receiving.
- Ensure product quality control and documentation.
- Control tools and their usage; train staff in equipment maintenance.
- Recommend parts, labor, and equipment purchases to supervisor.
