Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a Correctional Industries Supervisor or Maintenance Supervisor is preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience in manufacturing or vocational enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, supervises activities of lower-level managers and offender workers.
• Prepares budgets and procurement documents; manages inventory, costs, and reports.
• Assigns work orders, schedules, and ensures safe, efficient operations.
• Inspects materials quality and coordinates with customers and vendors for improvements.
• Maintains payroll records and liaises with custody staff regarding assignments.
