Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have 1+ years of related experience or a relevant training program.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance with basic tools across trades.
• Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance: painting, carpentry, plumbing, and light repairs.
• Operate tools and equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, and light vehicles.
• Supervise offender workers as assigned and follow supervisor directions.
• Work safely in a correctional facility environment.
