Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Corrections Case Manager III or Correctional Lieutenant in Missouri DOC.
• Two+ years as a Corrections Case Manager, Probation and Parole Officer, or Substance Abuse Counselor in Missouri DOC.
• Six+ years in corrections case management, or adult probation and parole case management, including at least one year in an adult correctional facility.
• Experience credited hours substitution acceptable up to four years with conditions including one year in an adult correctional facility.

Responsibilities

• Manages one or more functional unit with multi-disciplinary staff and oversees rehabilitation programs.
• Supervises and trains lower-level case management staff and custody staff within the unit.
• Reviews offender assessments and maintains records, action plans, and reports.
• Conducts investigations and research projects; manages unit budget and inventory.
• Acts as duty officer as warden's designee during off-hours and ensures unit safety and cleanliness.
