Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of experience.
• Requires at least 1-3 years in a management role.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams to maximize their contributions.
• Ensure food services connects to the Executional Framework.
• Coach employees to align on goals and execution.
• Manage safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
• Identify client needs and communicate progress.
• Build revenue and manage budgets including labor and food costs.
• Maintain P&L statements and achieve targets.
• Direct operations related to production, distribution and service.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, wage and hour policies.
• Recruit, hire, and develop front line staff; conduct inventory.
