Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Director to lead a single-site food operation inside a correctional facility. You will manage staff, oversee food preparation, and ensure compliance with health codes.

The role reports to the District Manager, requires 5 years of management in food service, ServSafe certification, and a high school diploma or GED, with a strong focus on leadership and operations.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Five years of management or supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Experience with kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
• Knowledge of basic accounting to complete necessary reports.
• Institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quantities of food prepared and served per site plan.
• Hire, orient, train, and issue corrective action to team members.
• Review payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
• Ensure staff are trained to perform responsibilities safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for planned menus.
• Ensure proper storage of food items and sanitation standards.
• Maintain daily/monthly financial, production, and activity reports.
• Support state or other inspections of the operation.
