Job summary

Trinity Services Group seeks a Food Service Director to lead a single-site food service operation inside a correctional facility. You will oversee culinary staff, manage food preparation, service, and cleanup while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards.

The role reports to the District Manager and requires strong leadership, adaptability, and a focus on training and continuous improvement within a secure environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Five years of management or supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Experience with kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and math for reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quantities of food prepared and served per plan.
• Hire, orient, train, and take corrective action for team members.
• Review payroll bi-weekly.
• Ensure staff are trained for safe performance of duties.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and planned menu schedules.
• Ensure proper storage of food items and sanitary environment.
