Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Director to plan, direct and coordinate the activities of a single-site food service operation inside a secure correctional facility with fewer than 1,000 inmates.

The role oversees the kitchen and a team including an Assistant Director or supervisors, handles payroll review, budgeting, and ensures compliance with health and safety codes while building strong client relationships and maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• Five years of management or supervisory experience in a food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage facility food service operations.
• Hires, orients, trains and issues corrective action to team members.
• Review and approve payroll weekly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and prepare planned menus.
