Job summary

Osceola County is seeking a Bonds and Dockets Specialist to manage inmate intake, bonds, and related administrative tasks in the county jail environment. The role requires attention to detail, interaction with law enforcement, courts and the public, and adherence to confidentiality.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of customer service or administrative experience; must type 30 wpm and obtain FCIC/NCIC certification within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or an equivalent combination.
• Must pass a typing test at 30 wpm.
• Must be able to obtain FCIC/NCIC certification within 30 days of employment.
• Must possess and maintain a valid FL Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Process intake and bond release of inmates at Osceola County Correction Department.
• Review arrest paperwork and court documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter arrest information into the Inmate Management System and process warrants/RORs.
• Maintain inmate records and perform routine administrative support tasks.
• Provide training and Daily Observation Reports for new employees as needed.
