Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff in a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of food items following menus and work instructions, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires supervision, training of staff, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. On-site position with responsibilities in a controlled environment and opportunities for growth within the food service operation.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in institutional food service preferred.
• Ability to train and supervise inmate labor and food service staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Prepare and serve food according to menus and recipes.
• Train other food service workers and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain a healthy and safe work environment.
• Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
