Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in institutional food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service shifts.
• Serve food according to planned schedules and procedures.
• Cook and portion food using kitchen utensils and recipes to meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers and maintain safety standards.
• Ensure a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
