Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations inside a correctional facility. You will prepare, cook and serve meals according to menus and supervise staff and inmates.

This role pays $17.00/hour with a $500 new hire bonus. DailyPay is available. A High School Diploma or GED is required; prior institutional food service experience is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and a veteran-friendly work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED.
• Prior institutional food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and/or team members in kitchen operations.
• Prepare and serve meals according to planned menus and work instructions.
• Ensure proper food storage and sanitation.
• Train other food service workers and maintain a clean kitchen.
• Follow safety regulations and facility policies.
