Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations inside a correctional facility. You will supervise staff, prepare and serve meals, ensure sanitary handling and proper portioning, and train team members on food safety.

The role requires leadership in a high-demand environment, adherence to regulations, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and team members in kitchen during food prep and service shifts.
• Prepare and assist in the preparation of quality foods according to menus and recipes.
• Ensure proper food storage and sanitary handling.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and department policies.
• Train other food service workers and maintain a clean work area and equipment.
