Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff inside a correctional facility. The position pays $15.00/hour with a $500 new hire bonus and offers both full-time and part-time schedules.

You will prepare meals, ensure safety and sanitation, and train team members to maintain quality service. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are 18+, and preferably with prior institutional food service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or equivalent experience. Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during shifts.
• Prepare and instruct inmate labor and team members in the preparation of quality foods according to planned menus and work instructions.
• Ensure all food is stored properly and in sanitary manner.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to policies.
• Train other food service workers.
• Maintain a clean work area and equipment.
• Follow all food safety regulations and facility policies.
