Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations inside a jail/correctional facility. You will train staff, serve meals, and ensure safety and quality in food preparation.

This on-site role requires handling utensils and following recipes while maintaining a productive team environment. We offer a $500 new hire bonus and a $250 Rookie’s Fast Track program within 60 days, plus DailyPay for immediate access to wages.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred: prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils/equipment to cook food according to recipes and portion sizes to meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for employees and inmates.
• Be able to stand and work on your feet for extended periods; physical demands include lifting, bending, pushing, and kneeling.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.
