Job summary

Trinity Services Group in Florida is seeking a Food Service Supervisor for a jail/correctional facility. You will oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff, prepare and serve meals, and ensure adherence to safety and nutrition standards.

We offer a $500 New Hire bonus, a $250 Rookie’s Fast Track bonus within 60 days, and DailyPay to access wages earned. This on-site role provides growth opportunities and premium benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred: prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils/equipment to cook food according to recipes and serve portions meeting clients' nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for employees/inmates.
• Physical demands include lifting, bending, pushing, kneeling, walking and standing for extended periods.
