Job summary

Summit in Hailey, ID is seeking an experienced Cook Supervisor to lead the corrections food service team at Blaine County Detention Center. You will coordinate and supervise staff to ensure high quality meals, proper portions, and safe sanitation in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of high-volume, scratch cooking experience, strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume, scratch-cooking environment.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Food Handlers certification preferred.
