Summit, a brand of Elior North America, seeks an experienced cook for our Roseville, CA location in the Corrections division. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, preparing meals from scratch while maintaining quality and portion control.

You will join a motivated team focused on delivering nutritious meals in a secure environment. This full-time, onsite role emphasizes food safety, presentation, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least one year’s prior culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
