Summit is seeking an experienced cook at our Roseville, CA location to join our Corrections kitchen team. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to prepare and plate meals that meet quality standards.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of culinary experience, strong cooking methods, attention to detail, and the ability to use standard kitchen equipment. This full-time role offers hourly pay of $20–$22 and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and identify food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
