Summit is seeking an experienced cook to join our kitchen team at an Orangeburg, SC correctional facility. You will work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on quality, portion control, and creative presentation while following safe food handling policies.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of high-volume, scratch cooking experience and strong customer service skills. Onsite benefits are provided by Elior North America.

Qualifications

• At least one year's prior culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience is required.
